On a fine hot day in July, members gathered for the first summer competition and barbecue since 2019. Although attendance was down, everyone was soon back in the swing of things, handing in entries, food contributions and setting up. After the notices and a quick run through of judging procedures, members got down to judging in between refreshments and puzzling over the quizzes set by Peter Castle.
