The October meeting saw member Rick Thompson presenting his first demonstration. The project was a salt cellar with a pivoting lid.Rick introduced the subject by looking at the history of these items with evidence of their use through the ages. He also discussed function and form. During the demonstration Rick covered safety aspects and tool use and presentation.
